Founded In 1967 the Form Plast Group – family owned and managed – has it’s head office in Formigine, near Modena, Northern Italy with branches in Spain, France, UK, Belgium, Greece, Portugal and the UAE.

Today, certified to ISO-9000:2000 Form Plast is an international group with three wholly-owned European factories, employing over 500 people and, producing over 200 million high quality branded carrier bags annually, in a wide choice of materials, sizes and finishes.

The Form Plast Group is an ‘eco-friendly’ company and, focuses production on PEFC/FSC (from sustainable resources) standards and, the philosophy of the company is to constantly develop, maintain and implement management systems that are true to it’s strong environmental principles.
